This year has been another exciting year of growth and success at Eden Facades. We’ve worked on fantastic projects, collaborated with great partners, and built on existing partnerships, which resulted in new project wins. We won another award, expanded our service offering, and secured third-party accreditation.
Here, we look at some of our achievements in 2024.
In early 2024, we achieved a significant milestone by becoming Company Supporters of the Lighthouse Club, a charity focused on providing mental health assistance to the construction industry. Our support helps the charity to broaden its services and reach more people in need.
The safety and well-being of our employees is one of our top priorities. We recognise the importance of mental health in the workplace. We are deeply committed to supporting the mental well-being of our staff and the wider construction community, demonstrating our understanding of this.
We take immense pride in our quality of work and attention to detail. Following an auditing process, we successfully became accredited by IFC Certification Ltd. (an independent UKAS-accredited provider of high-quality customer-focused third-party certification in support of fire safety and security) to install cavity fire barriers. This accreditation is significant because the certification offers reliable, impartial, objective, and internationally recognised evidence that we deliver excellent quality of work.
As part of our ongoing commitment to offer our clients the best possible solutions, we expanded our services to include window and curtain walling services.
Having delivered the individual aspects of cladding and rainscreen protection, external wall insulation, and lightweight steel framing systems for many years, we believe a combined package for refurbishment and new build projects benefits clients.
We are seeing an increase in demand for this kind of service, and through the knowledge and expertise of our team, we are now equipped to design, supply, and install windows and curtain walling, offering a full-envelope service. If you want to know more about the service, please get in touch.
We’ve delivered again this year when it comes to facade installations across a variety of projects. Working with major contractors such as RG Carter, United Living, and Morgan Sindall, our expertise and dedication have proved invaluable.
Meadows Estate, Hounslow, London (Summer 2023 – Spring 2024)
Our scope for this project was to upgrade the facades of 100 homes at Meadows Estate, a social housing community in Hounslow. We worked alongside contractor United Living to install PermaRock Mineral Fibre External Wall Insulation (EWI), which improved the homes’ overall aesthetic and thermal properties.

They really pulled it out of the bag to deliver for us. They’ve done a lot of work with our health and safety team too.”
Little Reddings School, Hertfordshire (2023-2024)
Morgan Sindall approached us to install the EWI system for the new state-of-the-art, net-zero school in Bushey, Hertfordshire. Our commitment to quality and client-first approach didn’t go unnoticed, as the clients approached us to install fascia and soffits in addition to the EWI.
Seacon Building, Ebbsfleet (Spring – Autumn 2024)
The Seacon Group required a new three-storey office facility in a different location for their business in Ebbsfleet to replace their existing office space. Working alongside Ash Contracting, SFS infill walling, insulation, and rainscreen cladding were expertly installed on time and within budget.
Kristian Marjoram, Director at Marjoram Architects, was very complimentary about the work the Eden Facades team had completed, commenting:
“Following a recent site visit, I want to say how good the cladding and capping looks – it’s brilliant! Well done.”
In November, we were delighted to win ‘Best New Build Project—South’ at the Facade Awards UK 2024 for our project at West End Gate in London. Our collaboration with Proteus on this project was vital to its success.
Another notable achievement was becoming a finalist for ‘Project of the Year by a Specialist Contractor (subcontract up to £2m)’ in the 2024 Construction News Specialist Awards for the Meadows Estate project in Hounslow.
These achievements are a testament to our exceptional team, hard work, education, and ability to do a great job.
