We’re delighted to be working with some clients for the first time, such as the projects with Grove Developments and Francis Construction, and of course it’s always rewarding when we’re brought on to a job by previous clients, as is the case for Darwin Group and United Living.
St Johns Wood Care Home, London
Main contractor: Grove Developments
Products: Steni cladding
Scope of work: In our first job for Grove Developments, our scope is to install Steni cladding to the new storey of a care home, and install fire barriers to the existing facades.

Old Street Roundabout, London
Main contractor: Morgan Sindall
Products: Mapei renders
Scope of work: We will be carrying out rendering to the walls and soffits at the new walkways and tunnels that connect this busy underground station. As the station is a live site, the number of hours we can access the work is limited, so our team will be working around this restriction.
Sub-contract value: £50 – £100k

St Peters Hospital, Chertsey, Surrey
Main contractor: Darwin Group
Products: Rockpanel cladding
Scope of work: At the hospital we will be installing cladding to the new building. The Rockpanel cladding specified is made from natural materials and has the benefit of a long lifespan, making it an excellent low maintenance option.

Greenfields School, Woking, Surrey
Main contractor: Darwin Group
Products: Eurobrick brick slip system and Proteus HR cladding system
Scope of work: We are pleased to be working again with Darwin Group, installing the cladding system and brick slips to new school building in Woking.

Renaissance & Baroque Courts, Hounslow
Main contractor: United Living
Products: Wetherby mineral fibre insulated render system and RCM Y Wall sheathing board
Scope of work: Funded as part of the Government recladding scheme, in Hounslow we will be responsible for the removal of the existing non-compliant insulated render system and sheathing boards, replacing them with A rated products and systems. The residential block will be occupied throughout the project, which will mean keeping disruption to an absolute minimum for the residents.

Charter Court, Hemel Hempstead
Main contractor: Thomas Sinden
Products: Hadley Steel Framing SFS, Wetherby insulated brick slip system, Vitradual aluminium rainscreen cladding
Scope of work: The works at Charter Court are to convert the old office building into apartments, including an additional floor. We will be responsible for installing lightweight steel framing infill to form new external walls, as well as new floor joists. The walls will be clad with Wetherby KIWA certified brick slip system, and Vitradual cladding on to a framework of brackets and rails.
Sub-contract value: £500 – £750k range

Heathfield School Ascot
Main contractor: Francis Construction
Products: Metsec SFS infill, Trespa Pura cladding and STO insulated render system
Scope of work: In our first project for Francis Construction, at this new school building in Ascot we will be installing insulated render and cladding. The steel frame will be infilled with SFS and sheathing board.
Sub-contract value: £100 – £200k range
When: Winter – Spring 2022
Manor Lane, Feltham
Main contractor: Weston Homes
Products: Swiss Pearl rivet, fixed to aluminium rails on blockwork
Scope of work: In our second project with Weston Homes, we will be working on a new residential block, installing rainscreen cladding to the top floor penthouse. This is a particularly tight site, behind some local shops, which may prove to be a challenge for the team, but nothing we haven’t managed to overcome before!

When: Spring 2022
