We are thrilled to be part of the development of Green Park Village, a new town in Reading. Our role involves the construction of four new low rise apartment blocks, featuring concrete frames with SFS infill and a variety of cladding facades.
Subcontract value: £1m – £1.5m.
When: Spring – Autumn 2023.
Main contractor: Barnes Construction.
Products: Proteus HR26 Honeycomb cladding, Rockwool insulation and fire barriers.
We have been engaged for the construction of a new pupil referral unit at Fairview PRU School. Our team will be installing a two-storey steel frame with SFS infill, clad with brickwork and aluminium cladding.
Subcontract value: £250k – £500k.
When: Summer 2023.
Main contractor: R G Carter.
Products: Secret fixed Petrarch cladding and 3mm PPC aluminium feature cladding.
Having worked with RG Carter on a number of recent projects, including Orwell Quay and De Grey Road, we are partnering with them again to develop a new health centre in Holt, Norfolk. Our scope of work includes a steel frame with SFS infill, brickwork and cladding facades.
Subcontract value: £250k – £500k.
When: Summer 2023.
Main contractor: United Living.
Products: Wetherby insulated brick slip system and 3mm Vitradual aluminium cassette cladding, including SideRise and Tenmat fire barriers, Y Wall sheathing board and EPDM works.
We are excited to be involved in façade replacement works on a high-rise residential block at Parkview Apartments. Our duties encompass the installation of a brick slip rainscreen cladding system and an aluminium cassette cladding system, among others.
Subcontract value: £2.5m – £3m.
When: Spring 2023 – Spring 2024.
Main contractor: United Living.
Products: Permarock insulated render system.
As part of a social decarbonisation project, we are upgrading existing concrete panel houses at Meadows Estate. This demanding task requires adherence to PAS2030:2019 and accreditation to PAS2035 standards.
Subcontract value: £1m – £1.5m
When: Spring – Summer 2023.
Products: Hadley Steel SFS, Y Wall sheathing.
We are proud to be involved with a new college building for the world-renowned Eton College. Our scope includes the SFS and sheathing infill, insulation and brick tie channels to support the bricklayers.
Subcontract value: up to £50k.
When: Summer 2023.
