The recent contracts we have won highlight our broad range of specialisms – from SFS to rainscreen cladding – across key sectors including education, healthcare, residential and commercial.
Great people, building great buildings
We’re proud to be working again with main contractors Barnes Construction, Berkeley Homes and Morgan Sindall, in addition to new projects for MMS and Breyer Group. Our strong relationships with contractors and our wider supply chain, together with our renowned attention to detail, results in the majority of our clients remaining loyal customers.
Let’s take a look at some of the projects in more detail…
Bunker Building, Southend Hospital
Main contractor: Barnes Construction
Products: Equitone Linea rainscreen cladding and Euroclad’s Europanel F5 cladding, together with Rockwool’s Due Slab insulation, fire barriers and Tyvek Firecurb breather membrane
Sub-contract value: £250k – £500k
Timing: Winter 2023 – Spring 2024
Our scope for this project in Southend is to install external cladding to a new state of the art hospital building, built in a live hospital environment. One of the challenges on a project like this is ensuring there is minimal disruption to the staff and the patients, and our team will work closely with Barnes Construction to carry out our works as unobtrusively as possible.
Little Reddings School
Main contractor: Morgan Sindall
Products: EWI Pro insulated render system
Sub-contract value: £100k – £250k
Timing: Winter 2023 – Spring 2024
We were delighted to be working with the team at Morgan Sindall again on this new build replacement school in Bushey, Herts, delivered through the DfE School Rebuilding programme and constructed using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
Our scope for the project is to install an EWI Pro insulated render system to the school building. With extensive experience in the application of EWI systems, gained over 25 years, we consider ourselves to be experts in this field. Some of our other recent EWI projects include Meadows Estate in Hounslow and the Fairview Pru school in Basildon.
The Eight Gardens
Main contractor: Berkeley Homes
Products: Aluminium cassette rainscreen cladding by Metalline, Rockwool insulation
Sub-contract value: £2m+
Timing: Spring 2024 – Spring 2025
Having worked with Berkeley Homes on many projects previously, including The Longwater Collection in Reading and 9 Millbank in London, our scope at this mixed-use development in Watford is to install aluminium cassette rainscreen cladding by Metalline, and Rockwool insulation to three new high rise residential blocks. We’re very proud to be involved in such a prestigious development, that is set to transform the local area.
Emma House
Main contractor: Breyer Group
Products: Rockpanel cladding, Aluminium box section slats to brise soleil
Sub-contract value: £100k – £250k
Timing: Spring 2024
Breyer Group is a family run business providing property services throughout the South and South East. Breyer Group’s mission to provide a professional, reliable service in a personable, conscientious way very much aligns with our own values, and we are delighted to be working together again.
Our work at this residential block is to replace the existing combustible cladding with Rockpanel cladding, a solution that offers design freedom, durability and fire safety, with non-combustible stone wool insulation.
The block will remain occupied throughout the works, so again our team will be collaborating with Breyer Group to ensure minimal disruption to residents.
