Eden Facades has continued to build on a strong pipeline of work, securing five further contracts across residential, commercial and education projects.
These latest wins include both new and existing clients and range from high-rise and low-rise recladding schemes to façade refurbishment and specialist cladding works.
With projects valued from £100k to £3m, they demonstrate the breadth of Eden Facades’ capabilities across different façade systems, project types and scales, as well as the trust clients place in our ability to deliver façade solutions to the highest standards.

Miller Heights – Maidstone, Kent
Main contractor: CBG Construction Ltd
Products: BTS Vantage DF aluminium rainscreen cladding system, Rockwool NyRock insulation, Newbrel Ultraglaze spandrels, Hardie Panel soffit cladding, Fischer fire barriers
Eden Facades has been appointed to deliver a high-rise residential recladding scheme at Miller Heights in Maidstone. Having secured one other major project with CBG Construction Ltd, we’re delighted to share the scope for the project at Miller Heights in Maidstone, Kent.
Our scope incorporates a comprehensive package, including aluminium rainscreen cladding, insulation, spandrel panels, soffit cladding and fire barriers, bringing together several elements of the external envelope as part of the wider recladding works.
Having had the opportunity to support CBG Construction Ltd with our intrusive survey services, we’re looking forward to working together across this large-scale cladding scheme and build on our partnership.

Lakeside Shopping Centre – Thurrock, Essex
Main contractor: Princebuild
Products: Bailey aluminium rainscreen cladding with associated trims and flashings, SideRise fire barriers
This contract marks our first project with Prince Build, and Eden Facades will support the upgrade of the external façade of a low-rise commercial property at Lakeside Shopping Centre.
Our works include installing Bailey aluminium rainscreen cladding, along with associated trims, flashings, and SideRise fire barriers.

Burnside School – Chingford, London
Main contractor: Morgan Sindall
Products: Sotech aluminium rainscreen cladding, SideRise fire barriers
Continuing our successful relationship with Morgan Sindall, Eden Facades has secured another project with the contractor at Burnside School in Chingford.
Our package includes Sotech aluminium rainscreen cladding and SideRise fire barriers, with the scope focused on delivering soffits, flashings and trims.
We look forward to supporting Morgan Sindall through close collaboration to ensure a successful outcome for this project.

Lough Road Estate – London, N7
Main contractor: Berkeley Maintenance Services (BMS)
Products: Permarock EWI, Rockpanel rainscreen cladding, spandrel panels
We’re pleased to have secured our first project with BMS for this low-rise residential recladding scheme at Lough Road Estate.
The works combine Permarock external wall insulation (EWI) with Rockpanel rainscreen cladding and spandrel panels as part of the residential block refurbishment.

University of Reading – Reading, Berkshire
Main contractor: Francis Construction
Products: Metsec SFS, Taylor Maxwell Anvil rainscreen cladding#
Eden Facades has also been appointed to support the refurbishment of the URS Building at the University of Reading.
Our scope incorporates Metsec steel framing systems (SFS) and Taylor Maxwell Anvil rainscreen cladding as part of the wider refurbishment works.

These latest contract wins demonstrate the breadth of Eden Facades’ expertise and versatility across a range of projects, from high-rise and low-rise residential recladding to commercial façade upgrades and education-sector refurbishment projects.
They also continue to strengthen our relationships across the industry, with repeat work for established clients alongside opportunities to demonstrate our façade expertise to new customers.
