Contracts Won – February 2026

After a challenging year for the construction industry – with project starts declining by almost 20% year-on-year in 2025 and many remediation schemes delayed at Building Safety Regulator (BSR) Gateway 2 – Eden Facades has continued to secure new projects and build on its recent successes.

Against this difficult backdrop, we are pleased to have secured additional contracts across a range of sectors, working with both existing clients and new delivery partners. These latest wins reflect the resilience of our business, the strength of our relationships, and the value clients place on our detailed, solutions-led approach across both design and installation services.

Here are some of our recent project wins:

Abbey Road – Barking, Essex

Main contractor: Weston Homes
Products: Hardie® Panel, Nvelope brackets and rails

Having worked with Weston Homes on previous successful schemes, we have been appointed to deliver the rainscreen cladding installation for this new-build high-rise residential development at Abbey Road. Our scope includes installing Hardie® Panel rainscreen cladding on the penthouse level, supported by a Nvelope bracket-and-rail system, providing a durable, compliant, high-quality façade solution.

Subcontract value: £250k – £500k

When: Winter – Spring 2026

Berryfields – Aylesbury, Bucks

Main contractor: Abbey New Homes
Products: Rockpanel

This represents our first project with Abbey New Homes, providing an opportunity to demonstrate our specialist façade expertise on a new-build high-rise residential development. Our scope includes the installation of Rockpanel rainscreen cladding to the balconies, delivered with the precision, technical knowledge and attention to detail that underpin all of our projects.

Subcontract value: £250k – £500k
When: Spring 2026

Parkside Market Estate – London, N7

Main contractor: Equans
Products: Rytons A-rated ventilation ducts and grilles, Rockpanel (A2-rated), SideRise fire barriers, breather membranes, EPDMs (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) and mastic sealants

Building on the successful delivery of recent works at Mill Court, we have been reappointed by Equans to undertake high-rise residential cladding remediation.

The works comprise a high-rise residential cladding remediation scheme, including ventilation upgrades, replacement of existing cladding systems, and installation of new fire safety measures to achieve a fully compliant façade solution. Additional works include replacement cladding to balcony areas, with all activities carefully coordinated while tenants remain in occupation, demonstrating our experience in delivering complex remediation projects in live residential environments.

When: Winter – Spring 2026

ECDC Bereavement Centre – Mepal

Main contractor: Kier Construction
Products: Pretty Plastics cladding, Hardie® Panel cladding, Prefa aluminium cladding, RJ Facades brackets and rails, Kingspan K15 insulation

This project involves delivering the rainscreen cladding package for a new-build bereavement centre in Mepal, working in partnership with Kier Construction. The scheme combines high-quality cladding systems and insulation to create a durable, thermally efficient and architecturally refined façade solution.

When: Spring – Summer 2026

Great Haddon Primary School – Peterborough

Main contractor: Morgan Sindall

Products: Taylor Maxwell Anvil cladding, Rockpanel rainscreen cladding, Ursapan insulation, Tyvek® FireCurb® breather membrane, SideRise fire barriers

Working once again with Morgan Sindall, this project involves installing rainscreen cladding on a new-build primary school at Great Haddon. Drawing on our experience delivering façade solutions in the education sector, our scope will provide a high-performance, fully compliant and energy-efficient façade.

When: Summer 2026

Collectively, these latest project wins demonstrate the breadth and versatility of our expertise, spanning new-build residential developments, high-rise cladding remediation, education-sector projects and community-focused buildings. From technically complex remediation works in live residential environments to carefully detailed façades for schools and specialist facilities, we continue to support clients across a wide range of sectors with the same consistent focus on quality, compliance and delivery.
