Recent Contracts Secured – November 2020

As the year comes to a close, we are happy to share the recent contracts we have secured, ranging in size, value and location, they all promise to produce strong results.

We are looking forward to undertaking our first project with Jerram Falkus, installing öko Rieder cladding at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London.

Great Ormond Street Hospital isn’t the only healthcare facility we have in the pipeline, we will also be working with ITC on a project at St. Helier & Epsom Hospital installing EOS steel framing systems, Siniat sheathing board, plasterboard linings and STO insulated render.

Additionally, we continue to work with main contractor Keir Construction on several upcoming projects. This includes US army base RAF Lakenheath in Suffolk, where we will be rendering their new and existing walls, and a larger project at Addington Valley Academy which requires construction of SFS infill to the steel frame, installation of rainscreen cladding and brick tie channels for the brickwork areas. We look forward to the challenges posed by each project.

Manor Street, Essex

It will be used alongside Y-Wall sheathing board, Ancon brick tie channel and Ceramapanel cladding.

Scope of work: Construction of SFS infill to the steel frame, with use of rainscreen cladding and brick tie channels for the brickwork areas.

Sub-contract value: £1m+ range

Sub-contract value: £200 – £300k range

When: Winter 2020

Willink School, Berkshire
