Gosford Heights – Beccles, Suffolk
Main contractor: R G Carter
Products: Rockpanel, Permarock EWI
Working once again with trusted partner R G Carter, we are pleased to deliver the recladding of an existing high-rise residential building. The scheme will enhance both the building’s thermal performance and external appearance through the use of Rockpanel rainscreen cladding and Permarock external wall insulation (EWI).

Mill Court – London SW18
Main contractor: Equans
Products: Hardie Plank, Alideck
This scheme delivers essential fire safety upgrades through a comprehensive fire strategy and prevention programme. Works include the careful removal of existing cladding and the installation of Hardie Plank rainscreen cladding, along with Alideck balcony decking.

Gilden Way – Harlow
Main contractor: Boom Construction
Products: Hardie Plank rainscreen cladding, gutters, downpipes
We are proud to be undertaking our first project with Boom Construction. The scope includes the installation of Hardie® Plank rainscreen cladding, along with gutters and downpipes, to a new community centre pavilion. The pavilion will serve as a central hub for the local community following the delivery of a major residential development at Gilden Way in Harlow.

Canning Town Library – East London
Main contractor: Neilcott Construction
Products: Proteus HR Honeycomb rainscreen cladding, Equitone Linea, Dales copings and flashings
We are delighted to be part of the repurposing of a Grade II listed building into an archive, digital media suite, flexible exhibition space and café, working with Neilcott Construction. Our scope includes the installation of Proteus HR Honeycomb and Equitone Linea rainscreen cladding, together with copings and flashings to the walls and soffits.

Syon Lane
Main contractor: Neilcott Construction
This is a design-only commission to support the Principal Designer in developing proposals for a new residential building ahead of the Building Safety Regulator’s Gateway 2 submission. As part of our recently expanded service offering, we are providing specialist façade design expertise to support the project team and help ensure a successful and compliant application.
