Strong performance as we enter our 10th year

It’s fair to say that, in the 10-year history of Eden Facades, the last two have posed the most challenges for us as an industry. The perfect storm of materials and labour shortages, combined with the ongoing impact of the pandemic, has only strengthened our resolve to always ‘be great people and do a great job.’

Recommendations for projects in 2022 – with both new and existing clients – have come not only from our ability to deliver a great result, but also through our commitment to working honestly and transparently. We know that clients value our forthright approach and the peace of mind that our years of experience affords them.

We’re always delighted when a company we’ve worked with before asks us back to work on a new project, and we’re pleased to say that over the coming months, we’re going to be teaming up once again with Berkeley Homes, Kier Construction, Darwin Group and RG Carter, all of whom we’ve worked with in the past.

At Eden Facades, we’ve been careful to maintain our reputation for quality and reliability over the years, and part of this for us means going the extra mile to assist our key clients where we can.

Oval Village, London

Oval Village is an exciting housing project in Central London next to the Oval cricket ground in Kennington. Less than a 10-minute walk from three tube stations and surrounded by parks and shops, bars and restaurants, this is a prime London location. We’re delighted to have been brought on board for this project by Berkeley Homes, who we previously worked with on the West End Gate residential site near Marylebone.

Gayton School, Norfolk

King’s Lynn is the site for the brand-new Gayton School, a £5 million project commissioned by Norfolk County Council. Due to open in summer 2022, up to 56 nursery places and 210 primary-school places will be on offer. We’ve worked with main contractors Kier Construction on many projects in the past and as one of our key customers, we were happy to be able to assist with the installation of the insulated render system.

The Link ELC Expansion, Coventry

The Link Extended Learning Centre is an alternative educational provision for pupils aged from 14 – 16 who have struggled to access mainstream schooling because of social, emotional and mental health issues (SEMH). The project was designed to combine educational facilities from two existing sites on a single campus, with a provisional opening date set for the September intake. Again, as Darwin Group are one of our key customers, we’re always keen to assist them where we can.

St John Henry Newman School, Stevenage

Another school project working alongside Kier Construction, this one has a little added ‘va-va-voom’ as it was previously F1 racing driver Lewis Hamilton’s school. The Stevenage project involves the construction of two new school buildings, plus new landscaping for the site as a whole. Kier brought us in to install an insulated render system to the first of the two new blocks.

Southfields Veterinary Hospital, Basildon

Back on home territory in Essex, the opportunity came up to work with RG Carter on this £16 million project for the new Southfields veterinary centre in Basildon. Having worked with them before on schemes in Norwich and Colchester, we were delighted to accept the invitation to join them on this state-of-the-art build, which will see Southfields become one of the largest veterinary referral practices in the UK.
