Kier Group

We’ve worked with Kier on many exciting projects, showcasing our broad expertise in façade solutions such as EWI, SFS, and rainscreen cladding installations. None highlights our ability to deliver more than our award-winning project for Addington Valley Academy in Croydon, where we were awarded the title of ‘Best use of fibre cement cladding panels’ at the 2022 Façade Awards UK.

We aim to deliver the same great service for each and every one of our clients, and when we asked Ed Dwight, Project Manager at Kier Construction Kier about working with us, he commented:

R G Carter

Our collaboration with RG Carter has been a resounding success. Since our first project at Theatre Royal in Norwich in 2016, where we delivered an EWI and rainscreen cladding project, we have consistently demonstrated our ability to deliver high-quality work.

Some examples of our project successes include cladding remediation for Orbis Energy in Suffolk, Rainscreen cladding for a newly-built premier care home for Kingsley Healthcare, which showcased our design ability as well as the installation from start to finish, and phase one of the cladding remediation at Orwell Quay in Ipswich, which was completed back in December 2023. Since then, we’ve been entrusted to carry out work for Phase 2 at Orwell Quay, which is currently underway and set to be completed in early 2025.

United Living

A trusted, reliable facades solution expert can help to ensure that even the largest projects run smoothly. Working closely alongside United Living, we carried out the removal of the existing for a large redevelopment project for Renaissance and Baroque Court, installing an insulated Render system across multiple buildings. Discussing how our involvement ensured a seamless execution, Ersin Syuleyman, Site Manager at United Living, commented:

Our most recently completed project with United Living required a facade upgrade for 100 homes at Meadows Estate, a social housing community in Hounslow that was in need of an upgrade to improve insulation, aesthetics, carbon performance and living conditions. Having worked closely with United Living throughout, Leanne Edmond, Decarbonisation Manager at United Living, commented on what it was like working with Eden Facades:

Berkeley Group

Working with St Edwards, part of the Berkeley Group, we recently delivered the installation of the Hilti fire protection system, cladding and SFS across three buildings for The Longwater Collection at Green Park Village in Reading. We believe the project was without any significant challenges like delays and disruption due to our proactive approach and planning, both key aspects of how we work at Eden Facades and collaborating effectively with stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors.

Since completion, our ability to deliver has resulted in recently securing another project for the Eight Gardens projects in Watford, which involves the construction of three new residential blocks. Starting in spring this year, our scope is to install rainscreen cladding across all three blocks.

Breyer Group: A new, growing partnership.

One of the latest contractors to partner with us is the Breyer Group. We were delighted to be approached towards the end of 2023 and recently secured a contract that is set to get underway in 2024. Our first project, with many more potentially in the pipeline, is a cladding remediation project for an occupied high-rise building in Romford.

Despite being in the early stages, Breyer Group have been delighted with Eden’s service so far.
